OUR VISION:

• STHC envision itself to be an instrument for the more privilleged sectors to take an active part in the education of the underprivilleged and prive a more relevant and affordable quality education which eventually will lead to upliftment of the quality of in all sectors of society.

OUR MISSION:

1. To Establish linkages with government and non-government organizations, private business establishments and individuals to take an active role in assisting the underprivileged sectors of society to pursue college education as a means for the upliftment of the quality of their life.
2. To provide the highest possible relevant quality and affordable education in the technical, vocational or degree programs.
3. To inspire students to keep abreast with new developments, innovations, and researches in science and technology.
